Did you recently receive notification that your mortgage loan was going to transfer? Bungalow Funding may have recently purchased the servicing rights to your mortgage loan. We utilize best in class subservicers to handle all mortgage related inquiries on our behalf (e.g., mortgage terms, payment status, taxes and insurance escrow account handling questions).
If you have questions pertaining to the transfer of the servicing of your mortgage, please direct them to our subservicing partner as listed below. The name of your new servicer may be found on your “Goodbye Letter” from your previous lender/servicer.
